Ever wondered what other bloggers are doing to get traffic, comments and leads every single day? Well, today I’m gonna literally give you my daily blog post promotion so you can have a step-by-step plan to get your blog articlesand videos seen and shared.
The first step is, of course, to write the blog article or record the video. For some tips about writing daily blog posts check out yesterday’s post.
This is where the fun begins – The Promotion Strategy
Step #2 – Update all you Social Networking Sites. For most people, this step is 90% automatic with a service called Ping.fm. The reason it’s 90% is because they have to physically go top Ping.fm and submit the update so it can undate all the other social networking sites like Facbook, Twitter, FriendFeed, LinkedIn, Delicious and many more.
But when you sign up for the blogging blueprint video course – you’ll get the “100% Automated Syndication Strategy” that automates the entire process.
Step #3 – Share it on BetterNetworker.com. Sharing your content on high traffic niched communities will always increase the amount of traffic you receive.
Step #4 – Create a question out of the Blog Post Title and start a forum thread. Forum users love answering questions, so I use them to get the conversation started. This is very powerful because every time someone replies to the thread, it’s pushed back to the top, and more people are exposed to your link (signature file).
Step #5 – Upload content to the Unified Tribe System. This system is great and the users help share my content with their social network followers and friends. You can get the inside scoop and my thoughts about this system in this post.
Step #6 – Share my article or video on other Facebook Tribe Pages. These pages were created for the sole purpose of helping share other people’s content. (kinda like the Unified Tribe – but not as high tech) It’s also very powerful and the relationships that are created in these tribes are priceless.
Step #7 – My favorite promotion strategy of all – Blog Commenting [Video] This is my favorite for the simple fact that I get to learn by reading other blogs, I get to interact with other bloggers, I get to build backlinks and get traffic back to my articles in the process. If you’re not doing this – check out the video I made about commenting on blogs – it’s gotten a lot of great responses and I believe it will help you.

Yes the forum threads work fairly often. A couple extra visitors never hurt so it’s always worth a try even if it might not go as well as you think.
But, I gotta tell you, when it really kicks off, you can expect traffic for days and even weeks.

I’m just using a plugin instead of ping.fm these days. I remember the good ol’ days when I would manually submit to sites whenever I finished posting. I can’t help but feeling like I’m not doing everything I’m supposed to be doing…even though I’m actually submitting to a lot more sites automatically!
